Cram porta al debutto Macedo nella F4 Italia

Dopo aver schierato Kai Daryanani nella prima tappa di Misano, Cram Motorsport ha trovato un accordo last minute per portare al via dell’appuntamento di Imola Francisco Macedo. 

Il giovanissimo pilota portoghese ha scelto di aggiungere al proprio programma 2024 la partecipazione ad alcuni eventi della Formula 4 Italia e per farlo ha deciso di affidarsi alla squadra della famiglia Rosei.

Alle prese per la prima volta con il difficile tracciato che sorge sulle rive del Santerno, Macedo nei due turni di qualifiche in programma ha chiuso due volte 33esimo. Il portacolori Cram ha però iniziato presto ad ingranare, rendendosi protagonista di due bei recuperi in gara 1 e gara 2, che l’hanno visto chiudere rispettivamente in 18esima e 24esima piazza.

Concluso il fine settimana di Imola, Cram è ora pronta a scendere in pista a Portimao per il secondo appuntamento della Formula 4 spagnola.

Cram Motorsport brings Macedo to debut in Italian F4 

After fielding Kai Daryanani in the first round at Misano, Cram Motorsport has found a last-minute deal to bring Francisco Macedo at the start of the Imola round. 

The young Portuguese driver has chosen to add participation in a number of Italian Formula 4 events to his 2024 schedule, and to do so he has decided to rely on the Rosei family team.

Dealing for the first time with the difficult track located on the banks of the Santerno River, Macedo in the two scheduled qualifying sessions finished 33rd twice. However, the Cram driver soon started to get into gear, making himself the protagonist of two good recoveries in race 1 and race 2, which saw him finish 18th and 24th respectively.

With the Imola weekend over, Cram is now ready to hit the track in Portimao for the second round of the Spanish Formula 4.
