Cram chiude con un successo un periodo intenso
Una vittoria al Mugello nel Campionato Italiano GT Cup Sprint ha posto fine ad un mese di gare decisamente intenso per Cram Motorsport.
Il tutto è iniziato a Monza, dove Flavio Olivieri e Kai Daryanani hanno portato al debutto la formazione tricolore nell’Euro4 Championship, il nuovo campionato Europeo di Formula 4. Entrambi sono poi migrati nella penisola iberica, per un doppio appuntamento della Formula 4 spagnola, andata in scena prima a Jerez e poi a Estoril in due fine settimana consecutivi. Qui Olivieri ha continuato la propria progressione, chiudendo con un incoraggiante 17esimo posto la terza corsa in programma in Portogallo, mentre Daryanani ha firmato una 19esima posizione come miglior risultato, in una griglia che ha raggiunto le 34 unità.
Nel frattempo al Mugello Luca Segù e Daniel Vebster sono stati impegnati nel terzo appuntamento del Campionato Italiano GT Cup Sprint, che li vede grandi protagonisti nella lotta al titolo. In gara 1 un errore del pilota italiano ha negato all’equipaggio supportato da Cram una prima meritata vittoria, con un drive through che li ha costretti in sesta posizione.
In gara 2 però Segù e Vebster sono stati impeccabili, andando a dominare la corsa per firmare il primo successo stagionale. Una vittoria importantissima, che li lancia in terza posizione nella classifica punti a sole otto lunghezze dalla vetta, quando manca solamente un appuntamento (in programma il 28-29 ottobre a Imola) alla fine della stagione.

Cram closes an intense period with a brilliant success in Mugello
A victory in Mugello in the Italian GT Cup Sprint Championship put an end to an intense month of racing for Cram Motorsport.
It all started in Monza, where Flavio Olivieri and Kai Daryanani led the Italian team to its debut in the Euro4 Championship, the new European Formula 4 championship.
Both then contested a double round of the Spanish Formula 4, staged first in Jerez and then in Estoril in two consecutive weekends. Here Olivieri continued his progression, finishing the third race scheduled in Portugal with an encouraging 17th place, while Daryanani signed a 19th position as his best result, in a grid that reached 34 units.
Meanwhile at Mugello Luca Segù and Daniel Vebster were involved in the third round of the Italian GT Cup Sprint Championship, which sees them as great protagonists in the fight for the title. In race 1, an error by the Italian driver denied the crew supported by Cram a first well-deserved victory, with a drive through that forced them into sixth position.
In race 2, however, Segù and Vebster were just brilliant, dominating the race to score the first success of the season. A very important victory, which launches them into third position in the points standings, just eight points from the top, with only one event left (scheduled for 28-29 October in Imola) until the end of the season.
